City National Bank seeks payment of promissory note from two individuals

Late 06

LOS ANGELES – A financial institution alleges it is owed $800,000 for a promissory note.

City National Bank filed a complaint on May 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Dominic Ianno and David W. Tice alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2011, Idomitable Entertainment executed a promissory note and has defaulted on it. The plaintiff holds Ianno and Tice responsible because the defendants executed a written guaranty for the note guaranteeing plaintiff payment of the debt.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks principal amount of $800,000, interest, late charges, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Noel S. Cohen and Danila I. Toscano of Polsinelli LLP in Los Angeles.
