FRESNO – A Fresno County law office is accused of failing to exercise reasonable care in skill in a legal matter.
Paul Evert's RV Country Inc., Paul Evert and Charles Curtis filed a complaint on May 11 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Jones & Dyer, Gregory F. Dyer and Does 1-25 alleging professional negligence.
According to the complaint, the defendants represented the plaintiffs in a legal matter. The plaintiffs holds Jones & Dryer, Dryer and Does 1-25 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to disclose all facts and circumstances necessary for plaintiffs to make free and intelligent decisions.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek special, general, economic and consequential damages, interest, costs of suit and all further relief as the court may deem just and proper. They are represented by James H. Wilkins of Wilkins, Drolshagen & Czeshinski LLP in Fresno.
