FRESNO – A bus passenger alleges he was injured in Fresno when a vehicle collided with the bus.
Ernest Tofi filed a complaint on May 12 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Brenda Almanzar and Does 1 through 25 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 16, 2015, plaintiff was a passenger on a city bus near the intersection of Ventura and C streets when the defendant's vehicle collided with the bus. As a result, Tofi alleges he suffered mental and physical pain.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for general damages, prejudgment interest, costs of suit and for such other and further relief as the court deems proper. He is represented by Jeffrey C. Sevey of Sevey, Donahue and Talcott in Roseville.
