SACRAMENTO – A Kern County couple allege they were injured in a collision with a federal employee.

Raymond Vincent Ramone and Rita Yvonne Ramone filed a complaint on June 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California against United States Postal Service; Andres Recinos and Does 1 to 20 alleging negligence.
