Vidroll LLC alleged to have failed to pay Division-D for advertising services

LOS ANGELES – A Santa Monica company is alleged to have failed to pay more than $200,000 for advertisements.

III - Interactive LLC, doing business as Division-D, filed a complaint on June 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Vidroll LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the defendant contracted the plaintiff in January 2016 to run video advertisements on digital platforms. The plaintiff alleges that starting with the invoice for October 2016, the defendant stopped paying the amounts in full.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages of $246,130.41, statutory interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Scott M. Lesowitz of Raines Feldman LLP in Los Angeles.
