Property owner accuses mortgage company of fraud

SAN FRANCISCO — A San Francisco County woman is suing a mortgage company, alleging breach of contract, breach of duty and fraud.

Alice C. Loo filed a complaint April 21 in San Francisco County Superior Court against Residential Mortgage Capital, Mortgage Electronic Registration System, ("MERS"), and Does 1 through 100, alleging they failed to provide material facts to the plaintiff regarding her property at 2081-83 15th Street, San Francisco.

According to the complaint, Loo suffered monetary damages from being induced into entering a bad loan. The plaintiff alleges the defendants allegedly failed to provide all material facts of the loan to her.

Loo seeks seeks to declare the defendant lacked any interest in the subject property, order the immediate release of the trust deed of record, refund of collected fees and payments, interest, all legal fees, monetary relief between $100,000 and $2 million, and all other relief the court deems just. She is representing herself. .
