The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Old Republic Insurance Company and Rowan Transport Inc. against Andrie Hartanto, Hadi Dersak, Stephen Hanjaya and Yuli Mariani Hadi on Dec. 22: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.

Case number MSC21-02186 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Oct. 18.
