Peak Outsourcing embraces AI, automation of 'lower-hanging, easier work' to improve service to customers

It also uses technologies including "email marketing campaigns, SEO marketing, Google Paid Search and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram). Each of these mechanisms target SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) throughout the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia," according to the company's business plan.

In Belize, Peak is planning to promote its services on all social  media platforms targeted geographically towards potential employees and also using existing website and social media accounts to grow potential client interest in the Peak BLZ Outsourcing option.

The company is working closely with an  organization to develop technology to help in the employee record retrieval process, Reynolds said.

"It  really requires a lot of kind of investment and resources as it  relates  to being able to automate the process for retrieving records as  quickly as  possible, but to also ensure that that automation is accurate," he said. "You can make a lot of phone calls, you could do a lot of overreach to  try to  pull in some sort of record, whatever that could be. But if you  don't have the right relationship, building skills, to be able to talk  with  someone to have them take a couple of minutes of their day to do  then it becomes very, very difficult. So making sure that our team has the  right  level of information, and it's organized properly is very, very important,"
