A class action lawsuit has accused software maker Adobe of allegedly shorting worker pay, among other alleged violations of California labor law.

On Dec. 15, attorneys with the firm of Blackstone Law APC, of Beverly Hills, filed suit in San Francisco County Superior Court against Adobe. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of named plaintiff, Jeanne Boudreau, identified as a resident of Santa Clara County, and a class of additional plaintiffs, potentially including everyone who worked for Adobe in the past four years.

The lawsuit alleges that Adobe failed to pay minimum wages, overtime, meal and rest break premiums, and did not reimburse necessary business expenses. Additionally, the company is accused of wage statement violations and untimely final wages.

The plaintiffs are seeking unspecified statutory penalties, exemplary damages and punitive damages, plus attorney fees.

Lawyers representing the plaintiffs include Jonathan M. Genish, Barbara DuVan-Clarke, Alexander K. Spellman and P.J. Van Ert, of the Blackstone firm.
