Erin Alig-Dimalanta sues Frankie Augustine Bravo for negligence related to a motor vehicle accident

Erin Alig-Dimalanta has filed a lawsuit against Frankie Augustine Bravo, Bill Gene Lucich, United Landscape Resource Inc., Reno Blanchefield, Amy Scotts and 110 unnamed defendants in the Superior Court of California, San Francisco. The case, bearing the ID CGC-24-613781, was filed on April 8th, 2024 and alleges negligence related to a motor vehicle accident, negligent hiring and supervision, and premises liability. The amount in controversy exceeds $35,000.

Represented by Daniel G. O'Donnell from Law Offices of Doyle & O'Donnell, Alig-Dimalanta is a resident of Yuba City in Sutter County while the defendants Bravo, Lucich and Scotts are also residents of the same city. Defendant Blanchefield resides in San Francisco County. United Landscape Resource Inc., doing business as Botanica Landscapes, is a California corporation based in Yuba City.

The complaint further alleges that some of the unnamed defendants were responsible for the collision either through ownership or operation of vehicles involved in the incident. Other defendants are accused of negligently designing or maintaining objects involved in the accident. Certain defendants are also alleged to have carelessly examined or treated Alig-Dimalanta after the accident.

Alig-Dimalanta seeks damages for her injuries resulting from the alleged negligence of all defendants involved. She plans to amend her complaint to include true names and capacities once they are ascertained.
