SAN FRANCISCO – Labor group trust funds allege an employer failed to pay contributions earlier this year.
District Council 16 Northern California Health and Welfare Trust Fund, Northern California Glaziers Architectural Metal and Glass Workers Pension Trust Fund, Northern California Glaziers Individual Account Retirement Trust Fund, et al. filed a complaint on June 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Exclusively Doors Inc. alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that in March, they sustained damages as a result of unpaid contributions by the defendant. The plaintiffs hold Exclusively Doors Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay monthly contributions on behalf of its employees to the funds.
The plaintiffs seek any unpaid contributions, liquidated damages on all unpaid and late paid contributions, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by Michele R. Stafford and Matthew P. Minser of Saltzman & Johnson Law Corp. in San Francisco.
