Terex Financial Services Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against
LBC Irwindale LLC and Does 1 through 5
alleging that they failed to make the payment to plaintiff based on their agreement.
According to the complaint, both parties entered into a lease agreement in March 2015 for equipment and that the defendant has defaulted on this agreement.
