SAN FRANCISCO – An installer for an El Segundo company alleges that his employer failed to provide fair compensation to him for his work.
Joshua Cobb filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on Oct. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against DirecTV LLC; AT&T Services Inc. and Does 1-25 alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and California labor codes.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked without being paid a minimum wage, was not paid overtime wages or given adequate meal breaks.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks general and compensatory damages, restitution of all monies due, statutory penalties, interest, all legal fees and any other relief the court deems just.
