CALIFORNIA — An individual is suing the Veterans Administration, and DOES 1 through 100, the U.S. government, citing alleged negligence.
Margot Millabas filed a complaint on Oct. 21, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against the defendants alleging that they failed to properly diagnose plaintiff's ear condition.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, in September 2015, Margot Millabas suffered extreme pain from having her ear condition untreated.
