Man alleged to owe on two student loans

LOS ANGELES – A Riverside County resident has allegedly defaulted on two student loans.

United States of America, on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education, filed a complaint on Dec. 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Robert E. Dudley alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, Dudley failed to pay the principal amount of his debt plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $1,450.63 plus interest of $1,257.07 with interest accruing thereafter at 5 percent per annum, principal amount of $6,536.05 plus interest of $12,857.80 with interest accruing thereafter at 5 percent per annum and all legal fees.
