Delta Space Corp. alleges it is owed more than $24,000 for produce

Late 04

LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles business claims a Vernon company did not pay for produce.

Delta Space Corp., doing business as Continental Processors, filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Coman Foods LLC and Nelson Lee alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2016, it suffered damages from shipping perishable agricultural commodities to the defendants and not being paid for it. The plaintiff holds Coman Foods LLC and Lee responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the invoices sent by the plaintiff despite several demands.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $24,638.46 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It represented by Bart M. Botta and Jing Tong of Rynn & Janowsky LLP in Newport Beach.
