LOS ANGELES – A photographer alleges two of his photos of actors Jane Seymour, Bruce Willis and Cybil Shepherd were used without his permission.

Peter Kredenser filed a complaint on Jan. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Amazon.com Inc., IMDB.com Inc. and Does 1-20 citing copyright infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from having two of his photographs used without authorization. The plaintiff holds Amazon.com Inc., IMDB.com Inc. and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly used plaintiff's photographs on their websites to advertise goods and despite being notified by the plaintiff regarding the infringement, they refused to remove the infringing image.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages; all profits, income, and other benefits derived from the infringing act; enjoin the defendants from further infringing plaintiff's photographs; all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Adam I. Gafni and Sascha Meisel of Law Offices of Adam I. Gafni in Santa Monica.
