Man alleges Sony Corp. damaged Lamborghini

LOS ANGELES – A California man alleges his Lamborghini was damaged.

Gu Fengchun filed a complaint on Feb. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Sony Corp., Sony Corp. of America and Does 1-10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in October 2016, the defendants took possession of his Lamborghini and damaged it. The plaintiff holds Sony Corp., Sony Corp. of America and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly handle plaintiff's vehicle, causing significant damages to it and its market value to diminish.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in the sum of $197,937, value damages in the sum of $113,201, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by K. Tom Kohan of Kohan Law Firm in Los Angeles.
