SAN FRANCISCO – An Israeli company is suing a Rohnet Park corporation alleging it refused to pay for manufactured goods.

On Track Innovations LTD filed a complaint on March 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Masterwork Electronics Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant contracted it to manufacture 40,000 card readers for $2,518,000. The plaintiff holds Masterwork Electronics Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly attempted to cancel the purchase order after the plaintiff already completed the delivery and sent an invoice.

The plaintiff seeks sum of $2,518,000 plus interest, incidental damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Robert A. Trodella and Richard A. Lapping of Trodella & Lapping LLP in San Francisco.
