LOS ANGELES – A Riverside County woman is alleged to have failed to pay a student loan.
United States of America filed a complaint on March 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Shellie A. McGill, also known as Shellie Anne McGill, alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges McGill failed to pay the principal amount of her debt including interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $2,618.19, plus interest of $7,338.10, with interest accruing
thereafter at the daily rate of 65 cents and all legal fees. It is represented by Kseniya Y. Stupak and Jacquelyne M. Nguyen of Jacquelyne M. Nguyen in Costa Mesa.
