SACRAMENTO – A Solano County man formerly employed by the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Fairfield alleges he was not compensated for overtime work.
Azul Galvez filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on March 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California against Anheuser-Busch LLC and Does 1 through 10 citing the Fair Labor Standards Act.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was employed by the defendant from April 2015 to August 2015. The plaintiff holds Anheuser-Busch LLC and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff any overtime premiums for working more than 40 hours per week.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory and consequential damages, general damages, special damages, liquidated damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Paul K. Haines, Tuvia Korobkin and Sean M. Blakely of Haines Law Group, APC in El Segundo.
