SAN JOSE – A former dialysis nurse alleges his long-term disability benefits were wrongfully terminated.
Williams filed a complaint on March 27 in the U.S. District Court for
the Northern District of California, San Jose Division against The
Prudential Insurance Co. citing the Employee Retirement Income Security
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant previously paid 24 months of disability benefits until the benefits were terminated in 2014. The plaintiff holds

defendant allegedly violated the terms of the plan by denying the plaintiff's benefits.
