SAN DIEGO – A San Diego County resident is alleged to have defaulted on two student loans.
United States of America filed a complaint on March 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of
against Quique Williams, also known as Quique H. Williams, alleging that the individual failed to settle a debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Williams failed to pay the principal amount of his debt including interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $5,332.06, plus interest of $11,929.08 with interest accruing thereafter at 8 percent per annum, principal amount of $770.50 plus interest of $735.90 with interest accruing thereafter at 3 percent per annum, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
