LOS ANGELES – An ambulatory surgery center in Sherman Oaks alleges it is owed for treatment it provided to patients.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided health care to ERISA plan members administered and/or underwritten by the defendants. The plaintiff holds Connecticut General Life Insurance Co., Cigna Health and Life Insurance Co. and Does 1 through 100 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to honor and pay claims made by the plaintiff for medical services.
