LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles artist, illustrator and photographer alleges his trademark Love Me tag was used without his permission.
Curtis Kulig filed a complaint on March 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against

The plaintiff demands a jury trial and seeks all damages, interest, enjoin the defendants, order the defendants to recall all infringing goods, disgorgement, punitive damages, restitution, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Jeffrey S. Gluck of Gluck Law Firm PC in Los Angeles and by David Alden Erikson and S. Ryan Patterson of Erikson Law Group in Los Angeles.
