Contra Costa County resident alleges she was injured when her vehicle
was rear-ended by a U.S. Postal Service employee.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff
alleges that on April 17, 2015, she suffered physical injuries from
being involved in a vehicular accident with an employee of the defendant
in Antioch. The plaintiff holds United States Postal Service and Does
1-100 responsible because the defendant's employee allegedly failed to
keep a proper lookout and operated the vehicle at an excessive rate of
