FRESNO – A national wholesale roofing supplier alleges a Fresno corporation failed to pay for construction materials.
American Builders & Contractors Supply Co. Inc., doing business as ABC Supply Co. Inc., filed a complaint on April 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Covenant Construction Inc. and Does 1 through 20 alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business due to unpaid construction materials. The plaintiff holds Covenant Construction Inc. and Does 1 through 20 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to perform its obligations to the plaintiff based on its agreement to pay them for the materials.
The plaintiff seeks sum of $47,823.55 plus interest, late charges, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by David H. Dicker and Hagar Cohen of Dicker & Dicker LLP in Westlake Village.
