SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance firm is seeking payment for damages from an auto accident in San Francisco.
Privileged Underwrites Reciprocal Exchange filed a complaint for damages on April 5 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Rock Transport Inc., James Miller and Does I through V.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 1, 2016, the defendants were involved in a collision on Interstate 80 in San Francisco with its insured, Charles Coccaro. The plaintiff alleges Coccaro's vehicle was damaged and that the defendants have failed to pay it for the full amount of damages.
The plaintiff seeks property damages of $12,353.54, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Susan M. Benson of Benson Legal APC in Encino.
