SAN FRANCISCO – A San Jose contractor claims it was not paid for services, labor, equipment and materials it provided.
Sprig Electric Co. filed a complaint on April 4 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against West Bay Builders Inc., now known as Thompson Builders Corp., SF Townsend Condos LLC, Westchester Fire Insurance Co. and Does 1-50 citing breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it is owed more than $388,734.97 for work on a project in 2014.
The plaintiff seeks damages not less than $388,734.97 and other damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Janette G. Leonidou and Michael M. Lum of Leonidou & Rosin in Mountain View.
