Engs Commercial Finance Co. alleges default on finance agreement

FRESNO – A Fresno corporation alleges it is owed more than $280,000 for a loan.

Engs Commercial Finance Co. filed a complaint on April 20 in the Fresno County Superior Court against BKSG Transportation LLC and Karnvir Singh alleging breach of commercial finance agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 13, 2015, plaintiff entered into the terms and conditions of a written commercial finance agreement with the defendant in which plaintiff would be paid 60 monthly payments, each in the sum of $8,257, for three sleeper tractors. 

The plaintiff holds BKSG Transportation LLC and Singh responsible because the defendants allegedly refused and continues to fail to make any payments.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment for the principal sum of $283,514.81 plus interest and late charges fees, attorney's fees, court costs and such other and further relief as the court deems proper.
