SAN FRANCISCO – A Los Angeles County man alleges he was not paid minimum or overtime wages by his Orange County employer.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime and minimum wages. The plaintiff holds Blueridge Exotic Transport LTD, Denise Herndon, Phillip Herndon and Does 1 through 25 responsible because the defendants also allegedly failed to provide adequate meal and rest breaks and pay a minimum wage.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks economic, general, special, incidental, consequential and compensatory damages including wages, unpaid premium payments, interest, treble damages, liquidated damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
