Dentons US accused of breaching contract in legal matter

Contract 10

SAN FRANCISCO – New Mexico corporation alleges a Chicago partnership with an office in San Francisco breached a contract.

Richard Roe and Icagen Inc. filed a complaint on April 11 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against White Corp., Dentons US LLP and Does 1-100 alleging breach of contract, fraud and deceit.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs entered into a contract with Dentons in 2013 in a legal matter. The plaintiffs hold White Corp., Dentons US LLP and Does 1-100 responsible because the defendants allegedly breached this contract and failed to assist the plaintiff in removing any conflicts of interest.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek general damages, special damages, punitive damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by John D. O'Connor, Jeffrey D. Kirk and Jessica C. Shafer of O'Connor and Associates in San Francisco.
