SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco general partnership alleges that it is owed several hundred thousand dollars for rent.
George Yamas & Lorilane filed a complaint on April 17 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Teespring Inc. and Does 1-5 alleging breach of lease.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendants entered into a lease of the plaintiff's Bryant Street, San Francisco property in March 2015. The plaintiff holds Teespring Inc. and Does 1-5 responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement by defaulting on their rent to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks to replenish the security deposit in the amount of $120,404.06; the amount of $114,202.96; interest; all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Jon R. Vaught, Lauren G. Disston and Branden J. Meadows of Vaught & Boutris LLP in Oakland.
