SAN FRANCISCO – A couple alleges that the wife was injured when she was struck by a vehicle while walking to her car.
Heather McDonald Moresco and Ignazio Moresco filed a complaint on June 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California against Terra Janeva Calegari, Destination Hotels and Resorts LLC and Does 1 through 100 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 13, 2017, Heather McDonald Moresco was walking to her car on a private driveway at an Olympic Valley property when she was struck by Calegari, who was operating a vehicle owned by the defendants, and was injured. Ignazio Moresco alleges he lost the consortium of his wife.
The plaintiffs seek general damages, special damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Khaldoun A. Baghdadi and Conor M. Kelly of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger in San Francisco.
