SAN DIEGO – A Woodside man alleges that his former employer failed to pay him a bonus.
Randy Womack filed a complaint on June 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Aasonn LLC alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff was the defendant's chief executive officer from 2014 to January 2017. After the plaintiff's termination, the suit states the parties entered an agreement in which the defendant agreed to pay the plaintiff his bonus compensation by March.
The plaintiff holds Aasonn LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by not paying him the bonus.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks general damages, special damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Cliff Palefsky and Keith Ehrman of McGuinn, Hillsman & Palefsky in San Francisco.
