BMO Harris Bank NA alleges it is owed more than $116,000 for loan

Late 06

FRESNO – A Selma man is alleged to have failed to pay an auto loan.

BMO Harris Bank NA filed a complaint on May 19 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Kanwarbir Singh Aulakh, an individual and Does 1-50 inclusive alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 9, 2015, plaintiff and defendants entered into a loan and security agreement to which defendant Aulakh agreed to pay $173,936,40 for the purchase of a Volvo vehicle with a monthly instalment of $2,898.94 for a term of 60 months.

The plaintiff holds Aulakh, an individual and Does 1-50 inclusive responsible because the defendants allegedly defaulted on the loan in November 2016.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in the amount of $116,098.75 for repossession of the personal property, recovery of post-judgment interest, judgment for attorneys' fees, costs of suit, and for such other relief as the court finds equitable and just. It is represented by Deborah S. Cochran of Wong Fleming in San Diego.
