Tomtop Group wireless headset alleged to infringe My Nemesis patent

SAN FRANCISCO – A City of Industry company is accused of selling an infringing wireless headset.

My Nemesis LLC filed a complaint on July 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Tomtop Group Limited and Does 1 to 100 alleging patent infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff owns patent '004, titled Fiber Optic Earpiece to Reduce Radiation Transmitted to a Cellphone User.

The plaintiff holds Tomtop Group Limited and Does 1 to 100 responsible because the defendants Tomtop Optical Fiber 2.4G Wireless headset infringes its patent.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks permanent injunction, enjoin the defendants, all damages, treble damages, require the defendants to account for all gains, profits, advantages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Steven A. Nielsen in Larkspur.
