FRESNO – A Fresno County woman has filed a suit against her former Fresno employer alleging she is owed unpaid wages.

Deborah Dunlap filed a complaint on June 20 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Walt R. Reinhardt Insurance Agency Inc. and Does 1 through 100 alleging that they willfully violated the California Labor Code.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that during her employment with the defendant, she was not paid the minimum wage. She also alleges she worked through breaks and lunches and that the defendant illegally and inaccurately recorded the time she worked, failed to properly maintain records and failed to provide itemized wage statements.

The plaintiff seeks payment for unpaid wages, liquidated damages, penalties, interest, attorney’s fees, cost of suit and all other equitable relief. She is represented by Todd B. Barsotti of Todd B. Barsotti, a professional law corporation in Fresno.
