LOS ANGELES — A California man is suing a publishing business, alleging copyright infringement.

Adam George filed a complaint Aug. 15 in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Mag Publishing LLC, Video Hills and Does 1 through 10, alleging they illegally copied and used plaintiff's copyrighted photographic images.

According to the complaint, George suffered damages from having his copyrighted photographs used without his consent. The plaintiff alleges the defendants illegally copied and used George's photographs for commercial purposes and on their website.

George seeks trial by jury, enjoin the defendant, all profits, monetary damages, statutory damages, legal fees, interest and all other relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorneys Stephen M. Doniger and Frank Gregory Casella of Doniger/ Burroughs in Venice, California.
