LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles fabrics business is suing a Seattle garment vendor, alleging copyright infringement.

Joanne Fabric Inc. filed a complaint Sept. 14 in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Zulily, LLC, and Does 1 through 10, alleging they illegally copied and reproduced plaintiff's fabric design.

Joanne Fabric seeks trial by jury, enjoin the defendant, all profits, statutory damages, legal fees, interest and all other relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorney C. Yong Jeong of Jeong & Likens LC in Los Angeles.
