Aviation company alleges customer owes $420,000

FRESNO — A Fresno County aviation company is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $420,000 for breach of contract and fiduciary duty.

Prestige Aviation, LLC filed a complaint Sept. 13 in Fresno County Superior Court against George Andros, alleging he breached a settlement agreement by making no voluntary payments pursuant to the agreed terms aof the agreement.

According to the complaint, Oct. 1, 2004, the two parties entered into an operating agreement wherein Andros could use the aircraft and receive an expense allocation for the use and maintenance of the aircraft for a fee payable within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Despite issuing the invoice, Prestige Aviation says it has failed to receive payment, breaching the settlement agreement. 

The plaintiff alleges Andros has failed to make timely and full payment for his allocated expenses and failed to pay for his share of his airplane usage.

Prestige Aviation seeks trial by jury, judgment for $420,388.86 for costs of suit, attorney fees and all other relief the court deems proper. It is represented by attorney Douglas Tucker of Tucker Chiu Hebesha Seymour PC in Clovis.
