FRESNO — A bank is suing a corporate customer, alleging it owes more than $20,000 for breach of a written business loan agreement.

Transportation Alliance Bank Inc. filed a complaint Sept. 29 in Fresno County Superior Court against G.S. Bath, Inc., Gurmej Singh Bath and Does 1-100, alleging the default under the terms of the loan documents.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 18, 2015, the defendants executed and delivered a business loan and commercial security agreement, borrowing and promising to pay the principal sum of $337,404.50, together with an interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum in monthly installments to the bank. 

Despite performing all obligations and duties under the loan documents, Transportation Alliance alleges it has failed to receive all payments due. 

Transportation Alliance seeks trial by jury, the principal sum of $20,029.90, plus late charges, attorney fees and all other relief just and proper relief. It is represented by attorney Pamela L. Cox of Hemar, Rousso & Heald, LLP in Encino.
