SAN FRANCISCO – A security guard working at a museum alleges a window caused him injuries.

Audifax Nodado filed a complaint on March 12 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Does 1-10 alleging negligence and premises liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 12, 2017, he was injured during the course of his employment with a third-party security agency and while assigned and on duty at defendant's museum as a security guard when a large plate glass window fell on him.

The plaintiff holds San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Does 1-10 responsible because he alleges the defendants' negligence was a proximate cause of the accident.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant, award of general damages, lost wages and benefits, medical expenses, costs of suit and further relief as the court deems just. He is represented by J. Timothy Nardell of Nardell Chitsaz & Associates LLP in San Rafael.
