SAN FRANCISCO – A motorcycle rider is seeking damages from two individuals relating to a San Francisco collision.
Randall R. Moore filed a complaint on April 4 in the Superior Court of California - County of San Francisco against Christopher Javier, David Javier and Does 1 to 100 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 8, 2016, while driving his motorcycle on Fulton Street approximately 40 feet east of Third Avenue, his motorcycle was suddenly struck by defendants' vehicle.
As a result, Moore claims he was caused to suffer physical injuries and incurred necessary medical expenses in an amount not yet fully ascertainable.
The plaintiff holds Christopher Javier, David Javier and Does 1 to 100 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently and carelessly entrusted, managed, maintained and supervised the operation of their vehicle so as to cause an accident.
The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages according to proof. He is represented by James J. Romag and Ashley N. Grindstaff of Brown, Koro, Romag LLP in San Ramon.
