Driver seeks compensatory damages over Fresno auto accident

OROVILLE – A driver alleges a Fresno collision caused him to incur medical expenses.

Chris Cook filed a complaint on Oct. 9 in the Butte Superior Court against Kimberly Krueger, et al. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 6, 2017, he was involved in an auto collision when defendant Krueger's vehicle struck plaintiff's automobile at the intersection of Main and East Fifth streets in Chico. He alleges he incurred hospital and medical expenses and sustained property damage as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages in an amount to according to proof. The plaintiff is represented by Ross Bozarth of Guenard & Bozarth LLP in Elk Grove.
