SAN FRANCISCO — A California resident is suing Carolyn Lynnette Whiley and Does 1-25, citing alleged negligence.
Sarah Ramsoedh filed a complaint on Oct. 4, in the San Francisco County Superior Court, against the defendants alleging that they failed to follow safety guidelines and regulations.
Ramsoedh claims that on May 11 she was traveling in San Francisco, when Whiley negligently struck her vehicle. As a result, she was injured, disabled, lost quality and enjoyment of life, and incurred medical costs.
The plaintiff holds Whiley and Does 1-25 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to yield to the right of way, failed to pay attention to traffic and keep a proper lookout for other vehicles, and failed to operate her vehicle at a safe speed.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for general and economic damages, costs of suit, interest and further relief as the court deems just.
She is represented by Garrett May, Ryan Buchanan and Robert May of The May Firm Inc. in San Luis Obispo.
