Woman alleges she was injured when vehicle was struck in Fresno

FRESNO – A Fresno County woman alleges she was injured in a collision caused by a driver's lane change.

Natalie Hedden filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Marshall Lee Peterson Jr. and Does 1 through 100 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 19, 2016, Hedden was traveling southbound on First Street in Fresno when her vehicle was struck by Petersen's vehicle as he attempted to change lanes.

The plaintiff holds Peterson Jr. responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently maintained and/or controlled the vehicle so as to cause a collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for general damages, medical expenses, lost earnings, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of suit, and such other and further relief the court deems just and proper. She is represented by James M. Bergener, Clark H. Fielding and Ashley M. Watkins of Bergener Mirejovsky APC in Newport Beach.
