FRESNO – A Hawaii resident alleges he was injured in an auto accident in Mendota.

Samuel Ruben Madrid filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Henry Simon Vidal; Absolute West Corp., doing business as Harbor Division; and Does 1 through 100 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 14, 2017, Madrid was the driver of a vehicle on Derrick Avenue near the intersection with California Avenue in Mendota when his vehicle was struck by defendants' vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Vidal, Absolute West Corp., and Does 1 through 100 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently owned, controlled, entrusted or maintained in a vehicle in such a manner to cause it to be involved in a collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for general damages, medical expenses, loss of earnings, property damages, prejudgment interest, costs of suit and such other relief as may be appropriate. He is represented by Robert M. Zavidow of The Law Offices of Larry H. Parker Inc. in Long Beach.
