Car accident 13

SAN FRANCISCO – A driver is seeking damages from three individuals over a collision in San Francisco.

Ghufran Latif filed a complaint on Dec. 17 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Henry Ormeno, Esmailyn Yat Godinez and Debora Yat alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 17, 2016, Latif was driving on westbound Mission Street between Ninth and 10th streets when his vehicle was struck on the left side by defendants' vehicle. As a result, the plaintiff claims he sustained physical injuries and other damages.

The plaintiff holds Ormeno, Godinez and Yat responsible because the defendants allegedly attempted to change from lane one to lane two and was unaware of their surroundings, which caused the collision with plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. He is represented by Nikolaus Reed of Law Office of Nikolaus Reed in San Francisco.
