Producers Dairy Foods alleges it is owed more than $70,000 for goods

FRESNO – A Fresno dairy food supplier alleges a Sacramento company failed to pay it for products it supplied.

Producers Dairy Foods Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 8 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Trinity Fresh Procurement LLC and Does 1 through 100 alleging breach of written contract.

According to the complaint, on June 6, 2017, the plaintiff entered into a credit application with defendant and the plaintiff supplied it products. The plaintiff alleges the defendant defaulted under the agreements and the amount of $72,098 remains due and owing.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages of $72,098.24, plus reasonable attorneys' fees, costs of suit incurred, and such other relief as the court deems fair and equitable. It is represented by Matthew W. Quall, John M. Cardot and Matthew W. Dardenne of Quall Cardot LLP in Fresno.
